Balance and Contrast

of the smooth wall with different textures

It is symmetrically balanced

because it is the same on both sides

of the photo, even though the buildings

are not the same they are similar sizes.

It is radial balanced because you can turn it any

way and its still the same photo.

Project 3 - Color and Grids

Warm Colors

I took a few different photos of a tree and then tried

lining them up to have the big picture also look like

a tree. I made sure all the colors were warm mainly red orange and pinks.

Cool Colors

I used a picture of a pink rose and edited it to be

a dark blue on top and little by little becoming a

lighter blue. I used this for cool colors because of

the blue and the only reason I didn't make them all

the same blue was because it wasn't as interesting.

Complements

I took two totally different photos that were compliment

colors (red and green) and flipped them different ways

to make the grid more interesting. This isn't my favorite grid

Complements

This grid was a yellow flower that I edited to make

the outside purple, because these two colors are

compliments. I enjoy this compliment grid more than

the other.

Monochrome

This is my favorite one I made because it makes

a cool design. Also i really enjoy the different shades

of purple used to make it monochrome. I flipped the photos

to make the cool designs. Also this picture was grey

at first and i edited them to be purple.

Grid

This was just an extra that I thought would end up

looking cool when flipped. They make an 8 shape.

 Mood
For both of my moods i made them a little more blue
 but i took these photos on the car during the
 ice storm. They make the mood almost sad and cozy
 because of the blue color and the texture makes it seem like
 a crazy winter day
